About

Built by people who know the freight desk

SwiftConfirm exists because small brokerages were stuck choosing between enterprise TMS platforms priced at $300 to $500 a month for modules they never open, and running the whole operation out of email, spreadsheets, and copy-paste. Neither is right. The daily reality of a small brokerage is a short paperwork loop: book the load, cover it, send the rate confirmation, collect the POD, invoice the customer, pay the carrier. We built the tool that makes that loop fast, and priced it flat so it stays affordable as you grow.

Co-founder · Operations

Kadir comes from the logistics side of the business. He has lived the broker loop firsthand: chasing rate confirmations, retyping the same carrier details, and watching paperwork eat the hours that should go to moving freight. SwiftConfirm's workflow is his desk, translated into software. His motto: "Every feature is tested against a real dispatch day before it ships, and anything that slows the work down gets cut."

Why we run it this way

  • Talk to a founder, not a ticket bot. Support goes to the people who built the product.
  • SwiftConfirm is a product of Alpoz Technologies Inc., a US company.
  • Your data is encrypted, kept fully separate from other companies, and always belongs to you. See the security overview for details.
  • No contracts and no per-seat fees: one flat price. Start with a 30-day free trial, no credit card, and cancel anytime.

The engineering side

The platform is designed, built, and run end to end by SwiftConfirm's founding engineering team: experienced engineers with years of building and operating production software behind them, covering the app, the infrastructure, and the security model. When you email support, there is a good chance the person who wrote the code is the one answering.

What we believe

Most TMS software is built for fleets and dressed up for brokers. We went the other way: SwiftConfirm only does the broker loop, so a rate confirmation that used to mean fifteen minutes of retyping goes out in a couple of clicks. That focus is also what keeps the price flat and simple instead of scaling per seat into an enterprise bill.

We are deliberately lean, and that is a feature. Feedback goes straight to the people who build the product, improvements ship in days instead of quarters, and the roadmap is shaped by the brokers using SwiftConfirm every day, not by a sales quota. If you want to know whether it fits your desk, email us and ask. You will get a straight answer either way.
